At Thomas Mitchell we communicate to our families through several different platforms. Our main form of communication is through our parent portal called Compass (access will be provided to families when your child commences via an access key). The Compass Portal App is a simple way of accessing the portal from your mobile.
The Compass Parent Portal is an online portal that allows you to access up-to-date information about our school and your child’s events and progress. This portal is accessible via the web and also via the Compass School Manager App (available via the App store on your device)
As Compass is new to our school, this platform will be continuously enhanced so we encourage parents to register and become familiar with using the program.

Over time, this mode of communication will become a major focus at our school with more features being released.
To log in, you will require your unique family username and password. These details will be provided to you by the school once your child commences. You will initially be provided with a temporary password that you will be prompted to update to one of your choosing when you log in for the first time.
