At Thomas Mitchell we communicate to our families through several different platforms. Our main form of communication is through our parent portal called Compass (access will be provided to families when your child commences via an access key). The Compass Portal App is a simple way of accessing the portal from your mobile device. More detailed information about Compass will be provided when your child commences.
Our school newsletter is published electronically once each term. Excursion notices are distributed electronically through Compass.

The Compass Parent Portal is an online portal that allows you to access up-to-date information about our school and your child’s events and progress. This portal is accessible via the web and also via the Compass School Manager App (available via the App store on your device)
Compass was introduced to our school in 2023, and has been continuously enhanced to rinclude more features that we use. This is our main mode of communication, along with emails.
